The Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions apply to every User Using the mobile application, Website, or any of Our services so We request You to read and understand them before Using Our services and submitting any Personal Information. As You download the app from the Google Play Store or the Appstore You are also subjected to their Terms of Service also. If any of their Terms of Service collide with this Agreement, when You utilize the services on the App this Agreement shall persuade.

So You understand that all these together will form an agreement between You and Us for utilizing the services provided by Us.

We also have the right to add completely new rules and also add a fee for utilizing Our services. The company, affiliates, partners, and information partners have no responsibility for the investment decisions based on the information provided. RESTRICTION OF RESPONSIBILITY AND COMPENSATION

The User can stop Using the App, Website, or any of Our Services if they are not satisfied. Your Use of the Website, App, or any of Our Services are entirely Your wish and B Short News is not responsible for any kind of damage, loss, fines, fees, or other liabilities which may be direct or indirect. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold B Short News, and its officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents harmless from and against any claims, actions, demands, liabilities, judgments, and settlements, including without limitation, a sensible lawful fee that may result from or claimed to result from the Use of the App by You, or Your breach of any rules, information, regulations, and/or orders under any applicable law.

The User is also solely responsible for any violation of the rules and commitment of this agreement and the consequences which might happen due to the violation. B Short News does not claim or guarantee the content, information, or links present on the Website or the Application, and it is the sole responsibility of the User to continue Using Our Services. We do not ensure any sort of warranties, it are clearly specified in the Terms & Conditions on Our Website and Application. Check the Terms & Conditions if You did not. At last, the User completely agrees that the Usage of B Short News is at their own wish, and B Short News does provide any warranties and the User knows that it is not the responsibility of B Short News, its affiliates, its licensors, its employees, or its third-party content providers to take care of the Violations of the Agreement committed by the User.
