These terms and conditions shall apply to Your Use of our Websites and apps and their related media.

These terms and conditions which are Used in this agreement (“Terms”) along with the privacy policy of B Short News (“Privacy Policy”) will form a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between You and Us (“B Short News Pvt. Ltd.”, “B Short News App”, “Our”, “We”, “B Short News Website”, “B Short News” ) which You should follow if You want to Use our services. Hence, We insist that You spend time reading all these Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy and let Us know at hr@bshortnews.com if You have any questions regarding the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. We will ensure and try our best that You give You a response.

If You wish to not be bound by these terms and conditions then You are free to not Use our Apps/Websites. We might change these terms and conditions when necessary so check them regularly.

ESTABLISHMENT

You will be Using the B Short News Application or Website by installing the Application or by visiting the Website. You agree to follow the Terms and Conditions, and Our Privacy Policy and agree that You and the B Short News are in a legally bonded agreement, and You can only Use B Short News services, applications, Websites, or any other thereof produced by them only if You agree to follow the Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy. The services can be in the form of content, information, offers, and any updates or in any other form. To avail of these, You should agree that You are in a legally bound agreement with B Short News. By utilizing and Using Our Services and Applications or by clicking on " I Agree" You agree to follow the rules, guidelines in this agreement. The Terms and Conditions and Our Privacy Policies might be updated from time to time so check them regularly.

We strictly prohibit individuals from entering Our agreement if they do not have the legal age according to the laws of the jurisdiction which may apply. If they still need Our services then their caretakers, parents, or guardians should agree to the agreement and meet the Uses. Individuals who meet the age required by the laws of the jurisdiction which might apply to You can enter into the agreement and Use Our Services.

If You are Using any of Our other Services, You might need to agree to all the rules, guidelines posted in Terms and Conditions, or Privacy Policies which, might be applicable in order to continue the Usage of Our Services. Also, You agree to follow the rules and guidelines set out here in order to Use the application and Website. All the guidelines and rules that You should be knowing to follow are consolidated in this agreement.

The headings and titles Used in this agreement are only for Your comfort and convenience and do not have any sort of interpretation. You also understand that You are the sole responsibility for any damage or violation of Your commitments towards the terms and conditions and You will also bear the consequences which You or We might suffer due to Your violation of Commitment. You will only Use the app if You have clearly understood Our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Rules, and Our Guidelines. You do not Use the app if You have not completely understood, or accept our Rules and Guidelines mentioned. You are asked to please read the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy that will help You to understand the consensus so that You can be bound by it before You Use Our services. If You do not wish to agree with the Rules and Regulations in this Agreement, please do not Use B Short News Services.

IMPORTANT TERMS AND THEIR EXPLICATION

Terms such as " You ", " Your ", '' User " refers to any individual who has ingress to the app or the Website and has agreed to abide by the rules, guidelines, conditions to Use the services which may be viewing, sharing, posting, hosting or any other activities which can be done utilizing our services.

Terms such as " App" is the mobile application that can be viewed or downloaded in Your ios or android devices to Use our services. The mobile application is owned by B Short News and can be downloaded from AppStore or Google Play Store and the updates also.

Appstore and Google Play Store are the services provided by Apple Inc. and Google Ireland Limited respectively, or any of its affiliates, which are both third parties Using which the User can download the application. Appstore and Google Play Store, Terms and Conditions apply to the User when they Use the platform. Check the terms and conditions of the platform which apply to You while downloading the app.

The term "Sponsored Content" is the content that is different from other content on the app or the Website which supports a third-party view or message or promotion which is distinguishable from other types of regular content. Similar Phrases and words like Sponsored Content also apply the same meaning. B Short News does not take any liability on these types of content and the User is solely responsible for the Use of this content.

CLAUSE

The B Short News Application and Website might make any improvements or updates at any point in time. The content, services, or information in any form might contain mistakes and inaccuracies which may be typing or technical. There are no warranties whether implied or expressed on any form of content on the Application or on the Website and will always be in the form of " as is " and " as available ".

B Short News does not claim or warrant any of these -

- the functions or the technicalities contained in the content of any form will never be interrupted or will be error-free.

- Defects, Bugs, or Glitches present will be corrected.

- Servers which are available to the User will be free from viruses, Trojans, or any other harmful malware that might affect the performance of the device or that might have any effect.

- Your personal ability and the satisfaction You get from Using Our Services.

- The choice of installation or uninstallation will always be performed with success.

- The precision of the content on the app or Website and the performance of the app or Website.

- The app will be available to everyone constantly or will always be available at all to everyone or that the app/Website will be accessible through every device, network, or that the app/Website and its contents can be accessed from every location.

- B Short News, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates and agents, and any other service provider responsible for providing access to the App in connection with this Agreement will not be liable for any acts or omissions, including of any third party, and including those vendors participating in B Short News offerings made to You, or for any unauthorized interception of data or breaches of this Agreement attributable in part to the acts or omissions of third parties, or for damages associated with B Short News, or equipment that it does not furnish, or for damages that result from the operation systems, equipment, facilities or services provided by third parties that are interconnected with B Short News.

- Privacy and Security for the data provided by the User.

- Commitment towards updating the App/Website.

B Short News will take no responsibility for any sort of data theft or data misUse, a repercUssion of Your Use of the App or Website.

The application/Website may contain links from third parties, which guide to a brief explanation of the short summary on the App/Website. These third-party Websites or applications might have the logo of B Short News or might Use the brand value of B Short News, but they are not controlled by B Short News, and hence We will not take any responsibility, liability for Your Use of the third-party Websites or applications.

The B Short News Application or Website contains content, information, or offers in any form supplied from third parties. Content, Information, Offers, Views, Statements, Opinions, Advice or Services or others which are available on the B Short News Application/Website are from the third parties or respective author/authors and not from B Short News.

The third-party providers, authors, or B Short News do not guarantee the accuracy, resourcefulness, entireness of the content or information provided. In most cases, the content available on the App/Website is just the views and opinions of the information provider so B Short News does not have responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of the information provided on the App/Website. It is Your individual responsibility to assess the information, content, offers, views, the Usefulness of the information or other services provided on the App/Website.

YOUR COMMITMENT

In order to Use Our Services, You agree to follow the agreement and refrain from Using our Application or Website for any unlawful activities which are not bound by our Terms and Conditions or which can be against the law. You also shall not Use the Application or the Website in any such manner that can overburden, disable, destroy, or any other activities which impair the servers of B Short News or the networks connected with B Short News. You also agree to not interfere in the other party's enjoyment and Use of our services.

You also agree that You will not Use the Application, Website, or Our Services to indulge in any of these activities:

- reverse engineer the code or the app/Website, decompile, or otherwise try to extract the source code related to the App/Website or any part of the App/Website until and unless it is expressly or officially permitted by B Short News to You in writing or is required by the applicable law.

- Use any robot, spider, retrieval application, or other devices to retrieve or index any portion of the App or content on the App.

- modify any logos or content to which You do not have permission or rights.

- delete any legal notices, copyright, or trademark symbols also known as proprietary rights, and disclaimers from the Application or Website.

- collect information about Users of the App for any illegal or unlawful purpose and doing data breaches.

- transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or any items of any sort of destructive nature through the App which might hinder the performance or breach the data or any other which is against the laws that could damage the servers and networks connected with B Short News and also that can damage the Users enjoyment and experience.

- try to obtain any information or content that is intentionally made unavailable through any means in the Application or the Website unless having permission from the government of law.

- carry out any denial of service (DoS, DDoS) or any other harmful attacks on the App/Website or, disrupt or place unreasonable burdens or excessive loads on, or interfere with or attempt to make, or attempt any unauthorized access to the App or any part of the B Short News App/Website or any User of the App/Website which is against the law and guidelines.

- forging headers or otherwise manipulating identifiers in order to disguise the origin of the content that is/was transmitted through the App/Website.

- performing activities that can cause harm.

- impersonating another person or impersonating guide or impersonating anything that is unfair/unethical, or host on behalf of, or falsely state information, or otherwise misrepresent information without anyone's consent or proper permission. Your affiliation with any individual or firm, including, but not limited to Our officials, employees, agents, partners, affiliates, dealers, and franchisees.

- doing anything that encourages and contains any threat, damage, and harm to any individual or any kind of person.

- trying to make any prohibited contact or communication with any Mailing List, Newsletters, Chat Facility, or any Internet Forum or any other means which are strictly private and prohibited.

- trying to collect personal information of any individual or firm without their written consent.

- trying to redistribute, sublicense, rent, publish, sell, assign, lease, market, transfer, or otherwise make the App or any component or content in the app or Website, available to third parties.

- try to access (or attempt to access) the content provided through the App by any other means than through the App unless You have been specifically allowed or have the permission to do so in a separate written agreement with the B Short News.

- trying to obstruct or disable any of the digital rights which are managed by Us, the Usage rules, or any other security features present in the App, that might be removing, altering, or obscuring any proprietary notices (including copyright notices) on any portion of the App which is shown, and not Use the App in any manner which threatens the integrity, performance, security or availability of the App.

- trying to engage in antisocial and destructive acts such as "trolling", "harassing", "flooding" and other similar words which have the same meaning.

- trying to spread Deceiving or Misleading info on the origin of the message, or knowingly or intentionally communicating any information which is patently false or misleading in any nature but might be reasonably recognized as a fact.

- uploading content or information that threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty of the United Kingdom, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order, or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offense or prevents investigation of any offense or is insulting other nation.

- Uploading unauthorized and unsolicited advertisements or promoting material such as Junk Mail, Spam, such as advertisements for other Websites and services, or other commercial solicitation, chain letters, pyramid schemes, scams, get rich quick schemes, polls, or petitions, or other any similar types which fall under the same category.

- continuous and inappropriate complaints about B Short News.

- Include URLs of third-party Websites which may contain offensive or illegal material which are not encouraged by law.

- Posting content or links that break the law or encourage/support breaking the law. This includes libel, contempt of court, and breach of copyright and is strictly prohibited.

- Discussions regarding active UK court cases.

- Attempting to post any material of any nature which exposes the private area/ private parts or personal life of such individual, or showing such individual in complete or partial nudity, or showing/depicting such individual in any sexual act or conduct, or any nature of impersonation in any form related to electronic images or videos or in any other content form, including artificially morphed images or photoshopped images of such individual are not allowed.

- posting content or information that is unethical, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, nude, paedophilic, invasive of another‘s privacy, which includes bodily privacy, insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, religion, caste, creed, libelous, racially or ethnically objectionable, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, pyramid schemes, scams, chin schemes, get rich quick schemes or otherwise those that are inconsistent with or contrary to the laws in force.

- is patently false and untrue, that is written or published in any form of content, with intentions to mislead, harm, or harass a person, entity, company, firm, or agency for personal, external, or other/any financial gain or to cause any injury to any person internally/externally or through any manner.

DISCLOSING INFRINGEMENTS AND INFORMATION TAKEDOWN

1. You can report any violation of these Terms by writing to Kirankumar Lingamgunta, Grievance Officer at hr@bshortnews.com and We will try to address Your concerns within 30 days.

2. If You find any piece of content or information on the App which falls under any of the prohibited categories of content or information listed in the above section, You can inform Us of infringements of any of these Terms and conditions and Privacy Policy by writing to Us at hr@bshortnews.com with

(a) a screenshot or share the link of the infringing post which should be understandable, and

(b) Your reasons for objecting to such content or what rules is it not following.

3. Your reports of violation of these Terms will be received and acknowledged within 48 hours by Our Grievance Officer.

4. We will respond to Your reports of violations in 30days by:

(a)Taking down such violating content which does not follow guidelines, or

(b)Suspending/blocking of the violating User’s account, or

(c)Terminating of the violating User's access to the App.

5. We will respond with the above actions within 48 hours if Your reports relate to the breach of Your personal information, nudity, pornographic, scams of these Terms.

6. Our Team’s assessment of any complaints relating to the content shared on the App will be limited to whether such content violates these Terms or Our own internal policies and guidelines. The decisions made on these will be final and will the binding as regards content on the App. We do not undertake any legal analysis or judgment on the nature of reported content. As long as the content follows the guidelines We will not take action.

7. If You have any objections against any action taken by Us regarding clause (4) above, You can inform Us of Your reasons for such objections by writing to Us at hr@bshortnews.com and We will reply to You.

8. We will read Your complaints and review Your objections, and reserve the right to modify/retain our decisions on any complaint against the content that is shared on the App.

RESTRICTED ACTIVITIES:

You will not be trying to engage in any of the following activities:

- Use any robot, spider, retrieval application, or other devices to retrieve or index any portion of the App or content on the App.

- create any number of User accounts by Using an automated process or bots in order to establish any fraudulent activities or activities that fall under the same category Using the App/Website.

- collecting information about the Users of the application for any unlawful or illegal practices.

- forging headers or otherwise manipulating identifiers in order to disguise the origin of the content that is/was transmitted through the App/Website.

- try to obtain any information or content that is intentionally made unavailable through any means in the Application or the Website unless having permission from the government of law.

You will not be sharing, uploading, hosting, updating, modifying, or any of the information on the App/Website that is listed below:

- harms and has a negative effect on minors.

- belongs to a specific individual or a firm to which You do not have any rights to upload.

- trying to post content related to antisocial and destructive acts such as "trolling", "harassing", "flooding" and other similar words which have the same meaning.

- violates any law that is in the time being by force.

- content that impersonates another person.

-trying to redistribute, sublicense, rent, publish, sell, assign, lease, market, transfer, or otherwise make the App or any component or content in the app or Website, available to third parties.

You will not Use the Application or the Website against the rules and guidelines in the agreement, thereof Using the content and information on the Application and Website to do unlawful, prohibited, and unethical activities are strictly banned. You will also not try to access the contents and information of the App/Website through other apps/Websites unless You have been specially been granted privileges in a specific written agreement with B Short Media.

PATENT RIGHTS

1. B Short News owns and retains all the intellectual property rights to the summarized content made available to You through the App and Website by B Short News but does not declare possession rights on any of the original sources of information, which are instead held by the sites to which the App may link You.

2. Your Use of the App, at all times, shall be, governed by and subject to the laws regarding copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret ownership and Use of the intellectual property. You agree to abide by laws regarding copyright and their infringement, trademark rights, patent rights, and trade secret ownership and Use of intellectual property, and You shall be entirely in charge for any violations of any laws and for any infringements of any intellectual property rights caUsed by Your Use of the App or Website through Your device.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISCUSSION FOR PROBLEM-SOLVING

1. The App may be Used and controlled through any country and the laws of that country from which You are Using might be applicable in which they are controlled and Used. If You Use the App from any location, then, You are solely in charge of compliance with the local laws that are applicable to You.

2.This Agreement shall be governed or commanded by and shall be established in line with the laws of the United Kingdom- London.

3. In the circumstance of any discourse or differentiation between the You and Us (“Dispute”), then such sort of Disputes shall first be resolved congenial through good faith conciliation by You and Us. In the event that a resolution of the Dispute is not achieved within 60 days from the date, such Dispute arises, as notified in writing by any party to the other party, then any of the parties of the Disputation, shall have the lawful right to touch on such Dispute to arbitration by providing a written notice (“Arbitration Notice”) for finishing decision in line with the provisions of this clause (3).

4. As the issuance of an Arbitration Notice, the Discussion or the Dispute shall be mentioned to a single arbitrator jointly arranged by the parties. If an arbitrator is not appointed within 60 days of the Arbitration Notice, either party may refer the matter to the President of the LCIA Court of Arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (“LCIA Rules”) for appointment of the arbitrator. The arbitral proceedings shall be administered by the London Court of International Arbitration and shall be governed by the LCIA Rules, which Rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference to this clause (4). The seat of arbitration shall be the United Kingdom- London. The arbitration shall be organized in English.

5. The award of the arbitral tribunal in regard to the Discussion or Dispute shall be ultimate and binding on the parties and shall be implementable in line with its terms and conditions, and it shall be validated in writing. You and B Short News shall submit and comply with the award of the arbitral tribunal and such award shall be implementable in any competent court of law. The arbitral tribunal shall also determine the costs of the arbitration proceedings. Prior to or pending arbitration, nothing in this Agreement shall preclude either You or Us from seeking interim or injunctive relief from courts of competent jurisdiction.

6. You and B Short News agree that any cause of action arising out of Your Use of the App must be commenced within 6 months after the root cause or origin of action accumulating over time or You become conscious of the truths giving rise to the root cause of action, whichever is later. Otherwise, such root cause of action shall be forever forbidden.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

1. Your use of the App, at all times, shall be, governed by and subject to the laws regarding copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret ownership and use of the intellectual property. You agree to abide by laws regarding copyright and their infringement, trademark rights, patent rights, and trade secret ownership and use of intellectual property, and You shall be entirely in charge for any violations of any laws and for any infringements of any intellectual property rights caused by Your use of the App or Website through Your device.

2. B Short News owns and retains all the intellectual property rights to the summarized content made available to You through the App and Website by B Short News but does not declare possession rights on any of the original sources of information, which are instead held by the sites to which the App may link You.

3. All trademarks, brands, and service marks of the App are the property of B Short News only. B Short News owns all of the copyrights and database in relation to the App. The content included on this Website/app, including, but not limited to the B Short News tests, reports, text, graphics, logos, icons, and images is the exclusive property of B Short News and other respective owners that have granted B Short News the right and license to Use such property and is protected by the United Kingdom and international copyright laws. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to B Short News or other respective owners that have granted B Short News the right and license to Use such marks.

4. The App and any underlying technology or software Used in connection with the App may contain rights of B Short News or its affiliates or any third party. For the Use of any third party's intellectual property or trademarks, You may need to get authorization directly from the owner of the intellectual property.

5. Any intellectual property which is not specifically mentioned to be owned by B Short News is owned by their respective owners and the owners have a right to take any appropriate actions against You for any violation, infringement, or passing off any guidelines mentioned.

6. B Short News respects the intellectual property rights of others and does not hold any responsibility for any violations of any intellectual property rights by You.

7. If You are aware of any unfair Use or commercial exploitation then, You agree to notify Us. Send this issue to hr@bshortnews.com.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY

Personal Information that is Used and collected in order to identify You, when required is asked on the relevant Web page as ( " Personal Information " ). Personal Information is mostly Used to function the Application and Website and sometimes it is Used to notify You about the brand new updates, features, services, and more that B Short News has to offer.

We reserve the right to disclose or share any information if necessary to the judicial, administrative, governmental, or regulatory under any applicable laws which apply to B Short News. Along with this B Short News solely also has the right to check or share Your information when believed necessary or right in the investigation of any fraudulent activities, infringement of intellectual activity, piracy, or any other unlawful activities

Our Privacy Policy clearly explains how We handle and treat Your personal data and protect Your privacy while Using our Application, Website, or other services. By Using our App or Website You agree that We can Use such type of data according to Our Privacy Policy.

You are very much responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords and not disclosing the passwords associated with any device You Use to access the App. Do not share them with anyone. Accordingly, You are entirely in charge of all the activities that occur with Your device and in Your B Short News account. If You become aware of any unauthorized Use of Your device, You should notify the relevant authorities as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

Keep Your Identity Private, Your full name, email address, postal address, telephone number, Your workplace, or Your school address unless it is specifically requested by Us ), or any other information that might reveal Your true identity.

TERMINATION OF USE OF SERVICES

B Short Media reserves its right to stop its services and stop giving access to the Application and Website. B Short Media also has rights to delete, movie, edit, copyright any content or information that is available in the application. B Short News has the right to organize general practices and limit concerning the Use of the Application and Website at any time without even issuing a prior notice.

You may however terminate Your agreement with B Short News at any time by terminating Your access to the App or the Website. However, Your certain commitments under this Agreement shall continue to work even on such ceasing. When Your agreement with B Short News comes to an end, all of the legal rights, obligations, and liabilities that You and B Short News have benefited from arising out of the Agreement or in any connection with this Agreement, or which are expressed or said to continue indefinitely, shall be unaffected by this termination and shall continue to apply to such legal rights, obligations, and liabilities indefinitely.

Termination of Our Services can also happen if We are required to do so by the law rules and guidelines. You can terminate the Usage of the application by uninstalling it.

B Short News can also terminate its services if :

-You knowingly or unknowingly cause a direct or indirect breach, as mentioned by B Short News, of this Agreement as a whole or in some part or any applicable laws.

-The third-party, if any, with whom We offered the App or the Website to You have terminated their relationship with Us or stopped to offer the related services to Us or to You.

-The providing of App or the Website to You is no longer commercially viable or feasible for Us, or B Short News may terminate Your Usage of the App at any time, with or without notice, and may cease Your access to the App and/or barring You from any future Use of the App or the Website.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold B Short News, and its officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents harmless from and against any claims, actions, demands, liabilities, judgments, and settlements, including without limitation, a sensible lawful fee that may result from or claimed to result from the Use of the App by You, or Your breach of any rules, information, regulations, and/or orders under any applicable law.

We will not be liable for any deceitful misrepresentations We mistakenly make and for any death or personal injury caused by Your Usage. We will not be held responsible or liable to You for any other loss or other kinds of damage that You or any third party may suffer as a result of Using or in connection with Your Use of the B Short News. You are also solely responsible for any breach of Your duty under the Agreement and/or for the consequences of any such breach which may happen.

NOTICES

B Short News may post notices within the App or send You notices to Your registered e-mail address or the telephone number. You will have been deemed to receive such notices within 6 days of Us sending the notice. Your continued Use of the App on expiry of such 6 days shall constitute Your receipt and acceptance of the notices sent to You.
